PRIVATE SESSIONS

I adjust a yoga course for your energy. Your yoga practice can be as easy and gentle or as intense as you need it to be.

I teach yoga classes in a pace of restorative calm (HATHA) or dynamic flow (VINYASA) introducing breathing and meditation practices. The classes could be specific for: healthy back, digestion care, hip flexibility, restful sleep. A varied program of yoga postures taken at a pace which allows your body to naturally open up and experience the feeling of good energy which flows from developing a flexible body and steady confident mind, strengthening and purifying the nervous system.

Learn to feel your breath to make peace in your mind, align your body to make it more resistant. I will assist you with stretching and postural alignment.

LIGHT ASHTANGA - INDIVIDUAL AJUTSTMENTS

In Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the eightfold path is called ashtanga, which literally means "eight limbs" (ashta=eight, anga=limb). These eight steps serve as a guidelines for moral and ethical conduct and self-discipline; they direct attention toward one's health; and they help us to acknowledge the spiritual aspects of our nature.

    Physical tensions and blocks reside in memory of muscles. Because we all get strong emotional experiences in the past or present, to every situation the body responds with some physical tensions. You should be aware of the signs that appear in your body. Releasing deep tensions and blocks is a prerequisite for strengthening your immune system and achieving a state of lightness and emotional pleasure.

    The basic principles of my guidance and correction:

    ▫️Yoga posture sequences specific for: back alignement, digestion care, hip flexibility, restful sleep.
