All the divinities are depicted in a different form with a different qualities, depending on individual forces we have in our own system. Because all creation is in the process of evolution - when creation grows its capability increases. So there are two tasks: one with cleansing, second is that I must fix my goal to go on the path (where to go, how to go and what capabilities I need to use). Mind wants to move but the body has inertia, so it doesn't want any change. So balancing has to happen.

🔺 Yoga Sūtrāṇi


SUTRA signifies a 'thread' of short sentences laconic, intended to be easily memorized.

SUTRANI means multiple threads.


The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali is a collection of 195 aphorisms.

Yoga Sutras represents the interlocking correspondence of many potent truths to create a mandala, a cosmology, a complete and universal perspective of life, specifically the life of an individual progression from an unknown beginning through change and evolution.


Mystic literature
The essence of Upanishads is Bhagavad Gita. And the essence of Bhagavad Gita is Yoga Sutra of Patanjali. If you know Patanjali Yoga Sutra completely very well, you can understand Bhagavad Gita. If you know Bhagavad Gita you can know the Upanishads. There are so many Upanishads. Very important Upanishads are 12.

🔺 Mantra

Mantra can be chanted the vedic way or just spoken as prose or whispered


Japa (Sanskrit: जप) is the meditative repetition of a mantra or a divine name.

🔺 Meditation


Meditation is a kind of watchfulness and a sitting, just looking around with no purpose - because there is no purpose. If anybody passes by, you have to look without any purpose, without any judgement; you have just to see. That is another quality of meditation: to look at things without any kind of prejudice - good or bad - without any judgement. And then sitting there for an hour- the energy settles.

🔺 Symbols


We use Om to sanctify and purify our practice. The chanting of this most simple mantra has an effect on our nervous system and harmonises our inner environment.


Māyā comes from the Sanskrit verbal root, mā, which means “to measure.” Māyā is the way we measure our world. It’s what we value and what we discard. It’s how we evaluate success and failure. It’s how we define “me” and “you.” Māyā is duality, which is illusory. All our measurements, evaluations and definitions are based on subjectivity—“me” and “mine.” In truth, there’s only one consciousness, one reality, one truth. Durgā is another name for Māyā, meaning “She Who Removes Suffering,” which arises from the limited duality of our perception.
